Play Pin the Lips on George Clooney
Play Pin the Lips on George Clooney
Okay, it's fun and games time! As a former corporate trainer, and now as a fun coach, I get to embrace the funzies in life, and help others to do the same. Can you imagine being able to play on a regular basis?
Well, you can, when you make a decision. As a corporate trainer, I was trained in the FISH! Philosophy, and this meant that we were given permission to have fun at work, and FUN we were.
I created a game called "Pin the Lips on George Clooney" because George (AKA Mr. McDreamy) gets my juices flowing. I simply got a life size poster of George and hung it on the back of the office door. Then each participant cut out lips, and put tape on the back of the lips. The participants stood in line with blindfolds on and put their lips on the poster, hoping to come close to George's lips. The one who came closest won the prize. The prizes I gave out were time off with pay from work.
You can create your own version of this, and give out prizes which fit what you want to create. The prizes can be anywhere from a spankin' brand new pencil (complete with eraser) to time off with pay.
Doesn't this sound like fun?
You can design your day centered around having fun, and just take a few minutes on a regular basis to create a fun experience. When you are being fun, you will naturally open up more into creating these experiences because they make you feel good.
If you work in a setting where there are clients or customers, you can have them join in the fun. All day long, these people could play the game, and then the one who came closest would win the prize.
It's my intention that every business will have an "adult" playground, complete with whips and chains–whips are cherry candy whips and the chains are candy necklaces. There would be games like ring toss, hopscotch, cupcake walk, fishing pool, bubble gum blowing contest…and many more. Doesn't that sound like a fun idea?
What is the benefit to all of this?
We add to the collective consciousness of the planet by raising our vibration. This in turn adds to the health of each individual as when they're playing, they're opening up their blood vessels with joy and bliss. In turn, this improves their overall level of health. And people are much more productive…WOWZA!
Health is a state of mind, and playing is a state of mind. With this said, playing gives the Universe the message that you would like more experiences that are fun. It's a great message to send, isn't it?
You know, I just need to mention something here as a recurring theme with clients and speaking engagement participants is that they won't allow or give themselves permission to do this. Thus, I give them a permission slip, much like we had in school, where someone in authority gave us permission to be out of class.
It is a mind thing, and when we allow ourselves to feel good, we will keep doing more things that allow the good feelings to flow.
If you would like to have a session where you get clear on creating fun on a regular basis, then contact me and mention George Clooney, and I'll give you a funzie discount.
Love, laughter and planting a BIG one on George,
Tami
