We are pure light, and I'm excited to share what I discovered as I was sitting in my hot tub. Please forgive me as I express a "gazillion" times during the video that this is "who we truly are" in our light formlessness. I was in awe of the message I was receiving that this is me and this is you, and we are one.

As you watch the light dance, and turn into various wave forms, keep in mind that you're looking at a mirror. This essence, this light, is the true reflection of your source. You and your source are one.

As the author in Sunlight on Water suggests, "We are changing from a will-driven muscle to a substance-embodied wave. It is a movement from stamina, drive, practicing, habituation and training to receiving, unfolding, unifying and to manifestation through consciousness." We are that substance, and riding the wave with it will ensure its flowing nature of oneness.

Everything is fluid and balanced, and as we put our intention on what we desire, our pure light requires no physical energy. We are that which we desire. All of our circuits are working in harmony and this formlessness is all that is needed in the creation of the whole.

As we are light, and everyone and everything is light, there is nothing that we need from anyone or anything. If we're "thinking" that we need something, it's an awareness that suggests we're not aware of our light in this moment. Simply refresh your awareness and stand in this knowing that the light is all there is.

The awakening process is beautiful, and brings you to such great expansion. As I've been creating these enery vortexes and being one with things, I've created this concept of no time.

Recently, I was painting my door and heard such profound messages, "There is no beginning and no end so just become one." Thus, when I heard this message, I envisioned this web of creation in that there were little streams of me going out to the Universe and connecting to everything…much like a spider's web. You couldn't tell where the beginning was nor the ending as they linked to every possibility that exists. In addition, I also set an intention and said, "I intend to unify with your essence. This is my purpose. This is what I want to do."

I could feel the difference in me when I did this set up as the brush took on a life of its own. I wasn't worried about how much time I allowed for the door painting…time didn't even enter the picture. I think of the times when I used to be such a list creator and could't wait to cross off the list that which I had completed. This was my ego days when crossing off the list was the entire purpose. Thus, you see I was never one with anything except drawing a line through that project. All I could think about was, "I can't wait to be done so I can move on to the next project." Yikes!

You know, when we set an intention, the whole Universe conspires on our behalf. An intention is an agreement that is created and all focus goes to that intention. The horns have been sounded and everything comes to our aid. Now, when we waver from that intention, which I still do, the Universe will come back with our contract and ask, "Did you want to create a new agreement or are we complete with the original agreement?" This intention makes it so that we are one with what we intended. When we're one, then our physical reality will conform to that which we intend.

It seems so easy until a date or time comes into focus, and then the waffling begins. Reminding ourselves that there is no time will help us stay one with our intention.

We contribute to the whole of creation as the co-creator that we are. And when you can think of these little streams (web of creation) going out to join other little streams, then it makes it so important to give our intention so that we receive our intention. It's the beauty of giving and receiving as one.

Just remember to set your intention and then be that intention by saying, "I intend to unify with the essence of you. This is my purpose. This is what I want to do."

We're expanding light into light so when we change what we're doing, it's an opportunity to set the same intention with whatever we're doing. I set my intention when I began (so to speak) this video and this blog. Becoming one with what we're doing is our contribution to the whole, and our vibration is resonating across the oceans .

We often heard to express gratitude for all that exists, and so you go through a list of things that you're grateful for while being in a state of gratitude. In this way, you're able to perceive the manifestation that does already exist in potentiality. This is a beautiful way to show appreciation and remain in a centered space of perfect peace of balance. It's the point of power in that balance.

Now, what if you just tweaked that process a little and expressed it from the perspective of the thing or person for choosing you. For example, I was with my couch, and felt the gratitude for the couch choosing me to sit there. As I looked at it from this perspective, I got this "high" from this appreciation. It's like the couch was saying, "I choose you to sit here. I'm making it cushy for your tushy. I honor you, and want to make you as comfortable as possible. You are a Queen and only the best is for you." All of a sudden, I got so tingly and the couch was alive with this poetic expression. It chose me!

Now, being with everything in this way can be so incredibly powerful. Take 60 seconds and just be with your surroundings in this way in that everything is choosing you, and feel the emotion, the feeling pouring through you. Everything is alive and activating your imagination to be alive with it will raise your frequency in harmony with the Universe.

And remember, your desire is already in play. It's already being orchestrated for you so you simply BE appreciation that everything in your surroundings are contributing to the fulfillment. Fill yourself up with the electromagnetic power . But be careful that you don't electrocute yourself .

When we can vibrate appreciation, we send out a magnetic resonance to all the Universe. The more you appreciate yourSelf, the more you know what you're truly worth, and that's an economy that will never fail. Isn't this wonderful?

How challenging can it be to quiet the mind, to quiet everything, everyone, that says we're the opposite of who we truly are? We're always playing in a field of opposites when we're not listening to our Divine whispers, and we want to play where our Divine resides. It can make all the difference of things coming to us easily and effortlessly…or hard…yikes!

I've played the hard game, and it's not fun. In fact, it's downright painful. I'm learning more and more to open up into the Infinite flow of abundance that is all around me, and the only way I know how to do this is listen and be still to hear the directives being given to me. It's those whispers that say, "Relax, we're guiding you."

Imagination is where the Higher Mind communicates the directives. Imagination is the conduit between physical mind and Higher Mind. I heard a reference from Bashar that said, "If you're willing to have Higher Mind guide you in a smooth way, you don't have to smash yourself awake." What a way to live….smooth rather than be smashed up against the way at every move. Talk about painful!

Use meditation on a regular basis to view the mind's eye, your imagination, for what is in store and where all the information lies that exists for the smooth ride. It takes time to quiet the physical mind, the ego, because it's been in charge for so long that it doesn't want to end the control. For this means, it won't exist and it will do everything to exist.

The more you practice meditation and allow your conductive source, your imagination, to provide you with the essence of life, the more you open up the playing field of Infinite Possibilities. This playing field is where the non-physical realm exists, our source of everything that we are, that we see, that we experience.

The third eye, the mind's eye, the imagination eye, will open wider and wider. It's not our physical eyes that see, it's our third eye that sees. From there, we take action. Because action is not controlled by action standpoint, it's controlled by our Source standpoint. So you can see that the more we play in the Infinite realm, the more that life will be magical.

Everything occurs simultaneously in parallel Universes as there is no past and no future, only now. All exists. Thus, when we imagine that does exist in a parallel Universe and the more we condition ourselves to be in this Infinite realm, the quicker that parallel Universe will come right into our focus. And voila, we have our desires manifested.

Enjoy playing with your imagination, and remember to take some time to meditate so you can feel it as if it exists in this physical reality. The more delicious you make it, the more the frequency gets excited to serve you.

The Universe only wants to serve you, and acts upon your instructions. With this in mind, gimmee all I desire with chocolate on top .

What the heck is vibrational equity?

I know, I know, just bear with me as I describe what this means. Just put a smile and your face, and your eyeballs as you keep reading…..:).

We’re all familiar with home equity. You own a home, and when you’ve owned it a certain length of time, you can borrow from the equity, the money, in your home. This equity equals the difference between what is owed on your current mortgage and the amount that the house is worth. This equals $$$$$.

It seems pretty simple, right?

Now, given that scenario, think of home equity in a different way. You are the source of everything that you desire, you are the home that you seek, and you have equity, money, building up that can be utilized for future use. With this said, you have money in your home that is awaiting your vibrational alignment, your “feeling” place. This is the place, the God within you, that commands all things to become visible. You are the home that you seek, and to quote my most favorite movie, “There’s no place like home.”

Well, what in the heck does this mean?

When you see the difference in money between what is owed on your mortgage and the amount your house is worth, you KNOW the money is there. You don’t question it, doubt it, or think any negative aspect about it because you see it.

Likewise, with the scenario of you being the source of everything, you use the same principles and KNOW it is there. Now, you may not be able to see it visibly, but you KNOW it’s there. Once your feeling place of your desire is congruent with your belief, it activates your own equity called an ATM (automatically thinking money) machine.

Like Abraham-Hicks says, “You have vibrational equity waiting for you in a future experience. It is there pulsating, and gaining power to come to you as long as your “feeling” place is a match.”

The Universe acts upon the “feeling” place in order to make the invisible become visible. It is our vibration within, our “feeling” place, that sets up this scenario.

Now, we’ve all heard the word “faith,” but this word can be difficult to grasp as we don’t fully appreciate what it means to have faith, except to believe in something that isn’t visible yet. If you just do a switcharoo and replace faith with imagination, it becomes a better way of practicing how to grasp it, and KNOW it.

Imagination and faith are synonymous, and doesn’t imagination feel better?

We’re all born with imagination, but we may be practicing imagination to get what we don’t want. Worry is imagination in reverse because when we worry, we actually activate our imagination to bring us what we don’t want. It would be like driving a car, and having a plan where you want to go, but the car is always in reverse. Yikeorama! How frustrating would this be?

Now, we get to activate our imagination in a much more productive way so when we get in our car, we arrive at our destination, and it is a fun and smooth ride. Bumps actually hurt our hiney, and we want to preserve this part of our body. I mean, how would we sit in the drivers seat if not for our hiney? When we have a smooth ride, it’s a more fun way of existing, don’t you think?

Imagination is the leader, and the physical world follows….

Imagination is activating our home equity, our internal ATM, to imagine what we want. And as we live from this vibrational alignment space, it WILL become visible. It’s the way God designed it. He intended that we live from joy, from happiness, from laughter, and believe that what we want will show up. It’s from these positive feelings that we call forth powerful forces that exist in the non-visible realm. Thus, well-being is our only focus!

With this said, I saw a segment on TV featuring, JK Rowling, author of Harry Potter. I was so captivated by her process she used. She only lived from her imagination when she wrote the books. She led from her imagination, and her characters became real. Thus, it was automatic that her book series would go where it did because her imagination intended it to be this way. And she supercalifragilistically activated her internal ATM….WOWZA! She had no idea of the life it would take on, but coming from her activated imagination, it had to be this way.

I know it’s easier said than done to practice believing in something that you can’t see. But our physical senses don’t tell the truth. God would never intend for us not to be abundant, and it’s only through imagination, that innate gift bestowed upon us, that will bring it into sight.

Thus, activate your imagination to only envision what you want, and keep practicing. Live from this space and watch how your internal ATM starts spewing out $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$, and you live cha ching all day long!

You better buy a larger purse or wallet now in anticipation of its arrival! Now, go cha ching yo bad self J.

I embraced a truly powerful moment yesterday. I met with my wonderful friend, Catherine Foster, who draws soul pictures, and she gave me mine. I brought it home, and really got to look in the mirror through this picture, and experience the non-physical me–the CORE of who I am.

I took my picture in the jacuzzi, surrounded by water, and my breathtaking view. The feeling of water is the experience of connecting to my soul, and thus, I wanted this experience to be in perfect harmony just for me.

And so the experience unfolded with many revelations…..

What was very interesting is that I’ve seen this picture before as I had it done four years ago at an energy workshop where I was learning about energy work. During the workshop, I had the opportunity to experience my true portrait from a person who takes soul pictures, albeit with a different method. She revealed the non–physical me through interpretation of the colors.

Briefly, she mentioned that I have bright, illuminating light, but I may not be taking time to connect to who I really am so may not have experienced my essence at this level. At this time, this was a first experience in looking at my true portrait, and couldn’t quite grasp the magnificence of me.

Then I was led to open up my book, “The Universe” that has amazing pictures of the planets, stars, and galaxies. Guess what? I saw my true portrait in there as well. It is the same one as I experienced four years ago at the energy workshop, and the same picture that Catherine drew. And the same vibrating swirls of colorful lights that I experienced in the book are the same that are within me.

WOW! This is who I truly am, and now see how the design of my life has perfectly fit just for me. Through my own soul evolution, I have experienced many circumstances to illustrate contrast as a way to know who I am not. In my search for my true self portrait, I have looked at myself many times and seen “flawed” on my forehead. And carrying, “I am flawed” with me, I then set out the search to find people who are flawless. Then I could claim their true self portrait for my own.

I smile as I write this. Just writing it allows me to really see this beautiful picture for all that it is intended.

We will go through many lifetimes of experiences designed perfectly just for us. We will be hit with the Universal loving hammer many times, although it may not feel loving, when we’re allowing an experience to come in, and feeling something different than who we truly are as Source Energy.

And each time we will come back to center, to balance ourselves in loving energy to experience who we truly are. I couldn’t totally SEE and experience me because I was feeling something as missing, “I am flawed.”

Now, I see and feel my true self portrait, and thus, writing my story of MY LIFE as I can only know and experience it. I’m full of myself, and it feels wonderful! J.

Will you experience the same thing? No!

Your experience will be what it is for you on your soul journey, and you are not to have the exact same experience. This is what gets us discombobulated as we want somebody else’s experience, and claim it for our own. We are to go through and only experience what is meant for us, it cannot be otherwise.

Yet, we can know each other and allow the conversation to BE as we know at our essence we are the same–we are light. And in this knowing, I don’t have to try and be like you, and you don’t have to try and be like me. Light = light, and that’s all we are to experience for the joy of being with our light.

Can you imagine this? Just BE because at our essence we are the same. Your swirls may be different as my swirls are better than your swirls J Yet, within all of us are massive explosions of light.

And the only way the light can be seen and felt is when we release anything that is not vibrating with Source. We are intended to “feel” good, and only open up into feelings that are connected with Source Energy. The only way I am now seeing it and experiencing my own Divinity is that I’ve chosen ways to release things that don’t serve me, and, thus, only appreciating with such immense gratitude all that I am.

This expansion serves me….

It is opening up channels, vortexes of energy that I haven’t realized. I’ve known of their existence, yet I couldn‘t experience them at the variations of frequency in relation to seeking outside of myself for any answers. Yet, it is coming through me because I’m opening more and more. And I only do things that are aligned with my core.

As I allow myself to experience this true illustration of my true portrait, I am allowing my communication at the core level to be one amazing enLIGHTENment. I am much more non-physical than I am physical, and resonating with myself and everyone at this core level is profound bliss!

And I’ve removed one letter from “flawed” from my forehead, which I thought was tattooed because it seemed like such a permanent thought, and we know how hard tattoos are to remove. So I just tweaked it, and now it says, “flowed.”

I am flowed, and it feels so great!

Your True Portrait

Recently, my boyfriend, Carlos, created a beautiful pond, complete with waterfall and plants. Instantaneously, a frog showed up, then two salamanders and a snail, and I found this discovery very intriguing. Carlos mentioned that he read in a magazine that just by building a pond, the critters that you want to show up will show up, and there’s nothing that you need to do in order for this to occur. You build it and they will come.

Incidentally, we live on a mountain, and I was intrigued by this manifestation, and I found myself asking, “Where in the heck did they come from? How did they find the pond?” Yet, the answers were being revealed at the same time I asked the questions. It was so fascinating to me, and it put into perspective how this happens in our own lives.

When we have an idea for a business, there is nothing that we need “to do” in order for our critters, our peeps to show up. We build it and we stay focused on what we want, and the beauty of that creation unfolds naturally because our vibration is aligned with what we want. We allow our vibration to be at a frequency so the Universe, our business partner, feels that same emotional charge, and responds with the peeps that will benefit from what we offer. Our appreciation, our joy, our happiness are perfect emotional matches for the “grand opening” of our idea, and the strobe light is activated upward to the sky to let others know of it.

Just like Abraham-Hicks says, “We have asked and now we are given.” We don’t even entertain the idea that no peeps will come because we know when we do, we have offered a vibration that is different than what we want. Thus, aligning ourselves with Source Energy is the key in every moment. We have built our business, and we have asked for the Universe to create a “buzz” around our business, and we are excited with anticipation. Just like our pond illustration, that peep shows up, then that peep shows up and yadda, yadda, yadda.

And this perfect scenario is our Kodak moment of building the idea of a business, creating the vibrational frequency of our emotions of excitement around the idea, and then allowing the peeps to come. We simply enjoy our creation, our manifestation because we know 99% of creation is already done with the vibrational match of thoughts and feelings. From that posturing of our alignment with Source Energy, we evoke the Law of Attraction and all the Universal forces are summoned. We simply just “be!”

Build It and Your Peeps Will Come

When you think about it, we have about sixteen waking hours of thoughts that contribute to our well being.  Last year, when I taught a class, and asked the participants how many hours they were thinking from their natural state, and their answers really surprised me.  Three hours was the average amount of time those participants were thinking positively, which left thirteen hours of dominant thoughts focused on negativity.    This awareness not only surprised me, but surprised the participants as well, and thus, they wanted help to change their way of thinking.

It certainly has been a challenge for me, and it's much different now as I'm clear that I want that connection to my natural state of being more than anything else.  No matter what our childhood conditions were, no matter where we are currently, there is nothing more important than to raise our vibration and contribute to our own wellbeing.  It’s the health care of choice. 

Having said this, it is a moment to moment choice to focus on positive vibration of thought, and there are myriad of things to use to help shift one’s vibration, and I’ll name a few:1)  Laugh  2) Sing a song 3) Think of a pleasant memory 4) Use affirmations 5) Imagine your life as you want it to be 6) Use EFT (emotional freedom techniques).

The goal is to sustain a high vibration of thought and live in your natural state of being.  As you keep practicing this, you will begin to notice things in your environment changing for the better.

Change Your Conditioner and Change Your Thoughts

Yet, what we know is it our consciousness that is creating everything.  Thus, whatever we are imagining in our minds shows up in the physical.

Here's something that you can do for today:

Use your imagination and play.  Take one thing that you would like to manifest and focus on this and only this.  For example: "I want more money."  Mentally create some fun by imagining you have $100.00 in your wallet and then spend that $100.00 over and over.  Imagine yourself going to the store and buying new shoes and "feel" the feelings of that purchase.  Then imagine yourself going to the flower shop and buying some red roses and "feel" the feelings of that purchase.  I think you're getting the picture.

Shifting from "I don't have" to "I have a butt load" will change your vibration and the "feeling" place within your mind.  We are born with a great imagination and then we thnk we grow out of it as we become adults.  Yet, I'm here to tell you that using the imagination is where it's at.  Playing and pretending shifts everything and the Universe responds based on vibration.

Neville Goddard said it best, "The mouth of God is the mind of man."  Looking at this quote will help you to remember to think as God thinks and imagine what you want and act as if you already have it.
