Letting go allows all experiences to be felt and known so that the message is revealed. As we let go, we allow our higher mind to have more of a presence. We are transformed through emotion, through water so if you experience tears, just allow them to be there and kiss them. We are the gift, we are the giver, we are the experience, and we are the receiver. We are one!

Ensure you are nurturing yourself with lemon water, and go outside and be in nature. Feel the earth under your feet and thank the earth for allowing you to serve it. As there is no separation, you are the earth.

When we glean the lessons, the messages, in our lives, the AHA's just can't compete with anything else. This hidden treasure is exactly what we are to find as we made a decision to incarnate in this earth experience right at this time.

A book, Courageous Souls by Robert Schwartz, you may find useful on your awakening journey. In this book, Robert has discussions with souls through mediums and channels. In the conversation, it is uncovered why the soul chose specific painful experiences. It is because the soul wanted to learn self-love, self-acceptance, patience, compassion. I can certainly attest to my painful experiences that unfolded as I learned so much through the experience that I wouldn't have otherwise known.

Thus, your life may not be what you thought. It's simplicity at its finest: step-by-step system to just embody self-love and self-acceptance in each moment. Having said this, the challenges that bring up fear and other stuff, are intended as a written script to be played out by all actors and situations to teach us exactly what we wanted to learn.

Now, we may not recall this agreement that was created prior to our incarnation, and the only way we can "remember" the agreement is to go through the experience, and decide to learn from it. And it doesn't matter if we learn it in this physical incarnation; the duration of time doesn't matter. We are supported no matter what. Thus, time has no meaning in and of itself…ever.

So if you've had many challenges throughout your physical life experience, and the feeling has been intense, it's exactly what you wanted. You may have had many incarnations with the same life them, and that's why the feeling is so great.

When you can look at your challenges from another perspective in that your pre-birth planning is being played out, then you may take comfort in knowing your circumstances were Divinely designed. And the support through all of this is loving, no matter how painful it feels. All of the people came together to express unconditional love so that you may learn your lessons.

This is why the title Courageous Souls makes perfect sense. We are courageous to decide to incarnate right now to balance the planet with love. I'm so grateful that you are on this journey with me, and I applaud your courage .

WOW! I really like this word because I've created a new acronym for it and it means Wonder of Within. There can be no greater WOW in the world as when we've uncovered the AHA's in our lives. As painful as they are, as these AHA's come through many avenues, they are where the hidden messages lie, and where the treasure exists.

According to Pema Chodron, nothing ever goes away until it has taugh us what we need to know. Thus, when we look at this, we can "think" a thing is resolved when something materializes that is different. Yet, the Universe sets up the classroom for our learning, and when we have learned the lesson and understood the deeper message, then the materialization of a something new will be different.

When I've looked at my own life, and various stages of learning, I just got out of something temporarily. Then the message showed up again in a different form. And this gets a little exhausting….yikes!

It takes courage to be with everything in every moment uncovering the message from the symbol. For example, I'm gleaning the messages from the entire animal kingdom. They all have messages for us, and it's for our greater good to slow down and ask what message they have for us. As I've been doing it, it's been really fun. From blue jays to squirrels to frogs, they have a message. The Universe is inside us and it makes sense that everything we SEE out there is set up for us by delivering communication in various forms.

Be where you are right now, and just be with whatever you're feeling. And understand that the hidden message will be revealed, and be known.

When fear arises, press the pause button and be curious. What is presenting itself as fear is coming from the internal. Thus, it can only be resolved on the internal. There is nothing to do, only that which to know.

Enjoy your classroom and make it a fun adventure. Looking for the buried treasure can be really fun, and it's only found in the deep end .

What an interesting title, right? It stems (no pun intended) from a neighbor's flower garden, and in that flower garden is a sign, "Grow Dammit." And I always laugh when I walk by it, but it brings up some valuable messages.

Recently, my boyfriend bought me three dozen roses for Valentines from Costco. They arrived from Columbia in great condition, and are so beautiful. As I was caring for them changing their water and cutting their stems, I was aware of a deeper message and it has to do with that sign.

I realized that each rose was at its own stage of development, and no rose was further along than the rest. They all were included in the bouquet, and I didn't want to serve as the judge in looking at those roses as to whom is blooming and who isn't. And how was I going to facilitate a faster growth .

This serves as a metaphor for our lives, and one in which I just have to stop and smell the roses . When I have been judgmental and hard on myself, it's because I believe that my growth should be something different. I haven't recognized my own blooming phase, and realize that I'm where I am, and I'm beautiful. These roses were delivered to me with an underlying message, and one that I am fully embracing.

Thus, maybe you can benefit as well. When you hear that internal voice that says, "Grow Dammit," realize that it's your own ego, your own physical mind, that wants you to be somewhere different. Yet, that somewhere different doesn't exist. With this said, you can quiet the mind, and says, "It's okay. I love where I am, and my blooms are beautiful." And then laugh because it feels good.

May you recognize your own growth, your own stage of evolution, and that it's absolutely perfect. By the way, I like you being part of my bouquet.

When we have a clear connection from the Divine, we then move with the opportunities being presented. Guided by our intuition, we allow all the messages to be known.

What happens when we don't have a clear connection?

In this video, I illustrate having you draw a picture in what this connection looks like. It looks like an L-shape coming from the top of the head through the eyes, and then everything we SEE in our reality is being felt from the Divine…no matter what.

When we have judgment, doubt, fear, frustration, etc. we will impede the pure connection. Thus, we won't be able to see the angelic people the Divine lined up for us. We will dismiss them as not important because all of this "stuff" will cause a disruption in the power cord.

Utilizing EFT, laughter, play, Ho'oponopono, dancing, meditation, imagination, forgiveness, love and Reiki, we open up the communication lines so that everything we SEE is a gift from the Divine, and I do mean everything. There is a message in everything, but we will only glean the message when there is a clear connection.

Deepak Chopra explains it this way in his Book of Secrets in an example of downsizing of a company:

"In the operating system of the ego (the thoughts that impede the clear connection) and keeping everything under control, your thinking might look like this:

I could lose the one thing I need to support myself.
Someone else has control over my destiny.
I am faced with something unpredictable and unknown.
I don't deserve to be blind-sided like this.
I could be hurt if things go wrong for me.

Reframing the situation with a new operating system from wholeness and no blips, your thinking might look like this:

My deeper self created this situation.
Whatever happens, there is a reason.
I am surprised, but this change doesn't affect who I am.
My life is unfolding according to what is best and most evolutionary for me.
I can't lose what's real. The externals will fall into place as they need to.
Whatever happens, I can't be hurt.

In the latter operating system, the connection is clear. Your ego and personality, which give you limited awareness of who you are, is put on notice that clinging and grasping must come to an end.

When you can keep that connection open through whatever means, you open up wholeness which brings a seamless and unified world….no matter what you're looking at.

I trust this will help you, and committing yourself to opening up the new operating system of pure loving awareness.

It's so interesting to have the belief that we choose our families. Now, contemplating this, we can really have fun saying, "I really raised my hand for this experience. I really chose this family?" Having a sense of humor can help .

When we take responsibility for everything in our lives, then this invitation fits perfectly. There are lessons we were to learn in that family dynamic, that only that family dynamic could give us. Yes, there were perceived challenges as every family has, despite the outward appearance that the family on the other side of the fence would have created a different experience.

What I'm talking about here is looking at it from a perspective in that what were you to learn from the whole experience so that you could use it in your current now.

In my particular family, my dad was a massuer (massage therapist), and I grew up with this experience getting massages and also seeing people get healed. I was the fifth of sixth children, and this was a perfect fit for me. I was to learn how to be a healer, and learn how to become one with the earth, one with my experiences. Through many hikes with my dad in the Wasatch Mountains looking for Native American arrowheads and various rocks, and swimming in natural hot springs, I gained much useful wisdom to be used in my now experience.

In addition, my dad also worked with a Native American, Sundance, in his practice, who contributed to my experience. Sundance would look in your eyes and give you information based on what he saw. We also were invited to celebrate Native American ceremonies. You can imagine that as a child from age 8-14, I had such gifts being bestowed upon me.

When you look at your own childhood experience, try and look past the misperceptions so you can gain a higher vantage point to see why you raised your hand to participate in your family dynamic. Maybe there is something you are intended to use right now to help others.

You may be familiar with Ho'oponopono. It's a process created by Dr. Len from Hawaii in the 1980's. As a therapist working in a state hospital, he used this process to help heal in him that which he saw in his outer world. Namely, the patients who were in the criminally insane ward.

As a therapist, he never saw the patients. In his office, he would take out their files and heal in him what he saw in the words printed on the paper. As he was with their files, he would say, "I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you." Dr. Len kept in mind that everyone, including the patients in that ward, were all creations of the Divine. They were all perfect beings.

With this said, if he saw patients as anything but Divine, then he had the problem. And this is where Ho'oponopono comes in. It's cleaning and releasing that which is within us that sees the problem. By using the four statements, this natural cleaning process will get in touch with our memories that experience anything as a problem. It's like we're calling the Divine on the "bat phone," and asking for guidance to neutralize the problem memory .

I've found this an incredible process because when I first started my business, I would label people as their problems….oh, she is "self-sabotage or depression." When I was introduced to Ho'oponopono, I then created the Roto-Rooter within me and only see my clients as Divine and have dropped the labels. This has really helped me be a different practitioner.

May you enjoy seeing only the essence in everyone, in everything. And be sure and use the bat phone to call the Divine…as He/She/All knows best .

I've had a blast exploring my beliefs, and as I've been doing this, I've really been cracking myself up. Some of the things I looked at were my various lotions. For example, I have tons of night cream because I don't do anything to my face at night. Thus, I haven't used it. So I thought I would use it during the day…oh, my! In addition, I have hand cream and put it on my face, feet and legs. And guess what, my skin didn't explode .

Oh, the places we go with out silly beliefs….

We structure our whole world around our beliefs and definitions, and our world gets created from this structure. What if you could blow up that structure and begin to shift everything around? Doesn't that sound like fun?

I just did this with place settings at the table…you know, the knife and spoon are supposed to co-habitate, and not have anything to do with the fork. I put the fork with the knife and they got along just fine. No one left in a huff…just pure peace .

Again, all of our world coexists based on the beliefs and definitions we give everything. Explore being with your beliefs and allow them to be there for simply awareness, and then you can shift that belief if you would like. You can use EFT to be with the beliefs and just be simply present with them, and then bust 'em…if you like .

Allowing our beliefs to be explored will create "new"-ropathways in the brain structure. And as we do this, our beliefs will open our world up into a different dimension of the "fun" kind.

Remember, there is nothing stable and concrete…nothing! Everything is energy and when we can just flow that energy in a different way, then our world will transform because the energy is being released into new playgrounds.

In this way, you're able to perceive the manifestation that does already exist in potentiality. This is a beautiful way to show appreciation and remain in a centered space of perfect peace of balance. It's the point of power in that balance.

Now, what if you just tweaked that process a little and expressed it from the perspective of the thing or person for choosing you. For example, I was with my couch, and felt the gratitude for the couch choosing me to sit there. As I looked at it from this perspective, I got this "high" from this appreciation. It's like the couch was saying, "I choose you to sit here. I'm making it cushy for your tushy. I honor you, and want to make you as comfortable as possible. You are a Queen and only the best is for you." All of a sudden, I got so tingly and the couch was alive with this poetic expression. It chose me!

Now, being with everything in this way can be so incredibly powerful. Take 60 seconds and just be with your surroundings in this way in that everything is choosing you, and feel the emotion, the feeling pouring through you. Everything is alive and activating your imagination to be alive with it will raise your frequency in harmony with the Universe.

And remember, your desire is already in play. It's already being orchestrated for you so you simply BE appreciation that everything in your surroundings are contributing to the fulfillment. Fill yourself up with the electromagnetic power . But be careful that you don't electrocute yourself .

When we awaken and become aware that we can't live in pain, in fear, in frustration, in stress, any longer, we begin a search that will lead us away from that which we don't want. And through this search, we uncover our journey of awakening, and expressing appreciation for every piece of wisdom dropped at our feet.

Let me give you an analogy, and hopefully this will help….

There are two brains: left (doing, ego, physical mind, resistance, judgment, analysis, sifting, sorting, logic) and right (spiritual, imagination, intuition, happy, play, fun, peace, Higher Mind, being). When we awaken, we are aware that we live more in our left brain because we feel the intense dissatisfaction in our lives.

Think of the two hemispheres in your brain as two balloons: left has been blown up to 80% capacity, and the right is at 20% capacity. Thus, you can see the imbalance demonstrated by these percentages.

When you awaken, you use tools, techniques to reduce the percentage of the left brain and increase the percentage of the right brain. It's like the left brain has been the CEO and now is being asked to step down because you're downsizing so it speak. You're still giving it a job, just not the head honcho . And you're asking the right brain to take more of an active role.

Now, the left brain doesn't totally agree with this move, and it will create all sorts of headaches of the tsunami kind to express itself. Just realize that this is what is happening as you might experience health, financial or relationship issues. As you use the tools like EFT, imagination, meditation, laughter, etc. to help the right brain assume its role and guide the left brain to "accept" its role, you'll make this shift a little more bearable.

As you begin to balance yourself, you will notice that you're much more peaceful and calm about things. You'll notice an awareness of being that hadn't been noticed before. You'll also notice that synchronicities are there. With your left brain in charge, you couldn't notice them.

Using your focused imagination, you can now summon assistance to help you in whatever you need or desire. See the help in your 3rd eye, your pineal gland. Then watch for synchronicities in each moment. They're there, you just didn't know they were there, and now you do.

Enjoy your balancing act, and know that everything will appear different as you expand the right brain and contract the left brain so you won't smash yourself awake with all those painful experiences .
