Detaching from everything that we see is conducive to our well being. Belief systems only are alive in the third dimension. Thus, when we desire detachment, we allow our higher physical mind to take over our eyes.

Practice detachment and you'll see a different way of being in the world. Keep in mind that we don't own anything, we don't belong to anything, and we can be at peace. We come from no-thing and return to no-thing and become every-thing!

Peace in every moment is what we desire. With this in mind, practice detachment in each moment so that your body responds accordingly. Any time we attach, our body will feel it, and will hold on tight. And it's amazing how often this happens throughout the day without our conscious awareness.

It's a process, and just be kind when allowing yourself to detach as many emotions may arise. Enjoy the journey of detaching and letting go.

Forgiveness releases any resistance to healing. When we heal ourselves, and allow anyone, anything to enter the healing waters with us, we bring light and love into our entire being.

I learned the power of healing waters when my dad, who was a massage therapist in the 1950's and 60's, took me to hot springs in the Ogden, Utah area. As a young child in grade school, I would enter these hot springs with my dad, and would receive their healing powers.

You know, water is the element that is most conducive to change. It's a conductor and the more we can envision ourselves surrounded by water, the greater impact this change will have.

The light beings recognize your desire to heal, and enter into this agreement with you. We are forgiveness, we are love, we are healed!

Letting go allows all experiences to be felt and known so that the message is revealed. As we let go, we allow our higher mind to have more of a presence. We are transformed through emotion, through water so if you experience tears, just allow them to be there and kiss them. We are the gift, we are the giver, we are the experience, and we are the receiver. We are one!

Ensure you are nurturing yourself with lemon water, and go outside and be in nature. Feel the earth under your feet and thank the earth for allowing you to serve it. As there is no separation, you are the earth.

Letting go is the greatest thing we can do, and yet it is the challenge for our physical mind, our ego mind, to do so.

It's beautiful to think that everything gets orchestrated to serve us for the deeper meaning of life. When we can allow ourselves to be with a situation to find the purpose, we get to unwrap the gift.

As I was driving on the highway this afternoon, I came upon a kitten dragging itself across the highway in the lane going in the opposite direction. I knew I had to stop, and I quickly pulled over. I ran out to the center lane, and put my hand up to the approaching logging truck to slow down so that I could rescue this kitten. While sobbing uncontrollably, I quickly picked it up and ran back to my car. About that time, a woman had pulled over as she saw the kitten. She said she was on her way to work, and asked if I would be okay to take it. I said yes while cradling it in my arms. I felt its hind legs and they were mangled apparently from a car running over it, and it was trying to drag itself to get out of the way of traffic. The kitten meowed a little, and I put it in the backseat on a blanket.

So many emotions, and so many dimensional layers were happening all at once that I couldn't quite catch my bearings. I called my boyfriend, Carlos, and told him what happened, and he told me to take it to the Animal Hospital Just remember, I was still sobbing uncontrollably. Carlos asked me if I wanted him to meet me so he could drive, and I said no. I knew there was a purpose this kitten was serving for me, and I wanted to find out what it was.

While driving, I said out loud, "It's going to be okay. What is the purpose you serve?" I didn't hear the answer then, but I knew it would be revealed. Carlos had called ahead to the Animal Hospital, and when I arrived they were expecting me. The receptionist took the kitten from my arms, and immediately said, "Its back is broken and we're going to put it to sleep." I was frozen in this statement. I didn't quite know what to do and I just stood there. The receptionist thanked me for bringing it in, and then said, "We'll take care of it from here."

I went outside and cried and cried and cried. There were more tears on the drive home, and then the answers started to come. "The purpose I served for you today was letting go. It's not for you, the ego, to decide or control destiny for anyone, including yourself. Your higher self is always in charge and will lead you to where you need to go. Just let go. You cannot save anyone, including me…it's not for you to decide. I wanted you to know about letting go so I set up this situation so that you could know it. You co-created it with me, and I offered myself to the situation for your highest good. It was my gift to you so please don't look at it as a loss of life, but as a gift, another seed that was planted for you. It was a new birth of awareness. You remember in the book, Mutant Message Down Under, the character needs to learn a lesson about healing and so one of the aboriginies in the book breaks his leg as an offering so that the character understands how healing naturally takes place in the body. This was truly a wonderful gift, and I'm glad you decided to pick me up so you could unwrap the gift."

Once this translation was being downloaded through me then I could understand the purpose that all things serve in my life, and I thanked the kitten for the role it played so that I may know "letting go." I can't know letting go conceptually, I must experience it. So the kitten, and all these people played their parts beautifully so that I may know my true self, my higher self.

I'm letting go of my ego more and more, and I'm so grateful to be the witness for this remarkable event. I need to spend time in "space" to understand from a higher perspective, and I allowed it…not trying to hurry it, but savoring it.

I know my physical mind, my ego mind wanted to fix it, to make it all right in the way that it felt was right. And in this realization, I know that my gift to myself is in letting go, and it will come in the form of people, situations, and even kittens to remember this.

It's amazing that once I could allow the emotions to be there, and ask for the higher purpose and then just let go and allow it to be revealed, then I felt so much better. It's an honoring of the purpose that serves us, and we serve it…it's the same.

Letting go is a process, and I welcome the process in the bigger picture of my life.

We are the truth and the light, and we will project things on our holographic screen in order to know this.

When you desire to know yourself as truth and light, then you will pop people, events and things into your awareness so that you know this. Now, some things will not look like light due to our limited perception. Thus, we are to be with what it is and not turn away from it. When we allow ourselves to be with what we projected in this way, we know ourselves as the co-creator of our world.

You may be experiencing some pretty heavy stuff, and it was all your desire, your intention, to know who you truly are. If you are willing to be with everything for your own purpose, your own transformation, I guarantee that you will uncover worlds within worlds. Our Universe is not the solid, fixated thing that our perceptions think it to be.

We are the truth and the light, and our desire to know this is so strong that nothing will stop it from unfolding, piece/peace by piece/peace. When we incarnated, we knew we wouldn't remember. Yet, like I said, our desire was so strong that we cannot turn off our search light until we do remember. Does this resonate with you?

As Deepak Chopra points out in his book, The Way of the Wizard, you'll see yourself in all the stages of perfect design. Then all of a sudden, we'll stop searching as we start remembering more and more. Thus, we will be pointed to books, people, events to help us remember until we can walk on our own so to speak.

We are never truly alone, we just think we are. We have many light beings that were birthed with us prompting us, whispering to us, shaking us up . They've never left us, and desire to know us at such a deeper level.

Utilize your tools as necessary to help you resolve that which is perceived as "yucky." Just don't get attached to the tools so that you build that bridge of communication with the light beings who were present at your birth and who travel amongst dimensions and stars. These light beings will do whatever it takes on our be-half. Can you think of any greater relationship to have?

Just repeat, "I am the truth and the light. It is accorded and I will discover mySelf to remember this from pinhole to Infinity."

Allowing our emotions to run their full course to their finish line is acknowledgement to ourselves that we exist!

When we don't ALLOW our emotions to be there for all their intended purpose, we deny ourselves the opportunity to know the message being delivered. Emotions are alive with atoms, molecules, feelings, expression and heart just like us. How can they not be as they're part of us? If we weren't designed to express these emotions, then they wouldn't be here.

Think of an emotion like anger running a mile course. When we circumvent it and run and tackle it, we prevent it from moving through us. Yet, it doesn't stay down as it builds in strength as it wants to finish the course. It wants to be fully expressed, it wants to fully run its course. When we deny it this privilege, we deny ourSelves.

I can fully attest to this as I wouldn't allow myself to express anger. The anger scared me so I tackled it every single time. Just like I was saying, the anger doesn't go away. It's still is in the game and wants to complete its intention. Now, I'm allowing it to be there and fully let it get to the finish line, and this serves me…and everyone else around me .

Think of the emotions like sadness, anger, frustration, worry, grief or fear that you might be tackling. Then honor them, honor you, by allowing them to receive their award at the end of the finish line. Your beings of light will thank you and be there to welcome the emotion break through the ribbon.

We are emotional beings, vibrational beings, and we are intended to embrace ALL of us. Remember, if we deny any part of us, we deny the message to be revealed. We're killing the messenger .

Be you, all of you, and allow ALL your emotions to fully run their course. Can you imagine what it would be like to run a race and be tackled every time before you complete it? This is how the emotion feels.

WOWZA…we can have some interesting energy patterns move through us intending to serve as a message. When I was in New York, 3 years ago, I didn't listen to my intuition which told me that a New York experience was not intended to serve me. You see, when I'm on vacation, I like to be near a beach, complete with lounge chair to park my hiney and then move from the chair to the water. This back and forth wave from the chair to the water is exactly what appeals to my soul .

Having said this, while in New York, I encountered an energy system that was designed to communicate where I was out of agreement. In this getting bounced around as if in a dryer effect, I learned so much about always setting the intention to serve me.

Before we can unify with an energy pattern of the dryer kind, we will first encounter contrast or separation identifying twoness. It's asking us to look at it, heed its message and then create light around it so that it can become oneness with that which we are.

We are a spiraling energy pattern and in each moment there are energy patterns intending to move into our orbit. We then interact with the energy patterns in a fun, loving way or get banged around the dryer way. We get to decide how we're going to move with it.

And remember, it's all inside us. Thus, using energy techniques to help us makes sense. It isn't about taking action as we're used to doing by just moving away from it as wherever we go, there we are. It will surface again until we look at it, and understand its message.

Think about this. If I looked at the experience of New York, and blamed everything that happened on the people of New York and said it was a terrible place to go, I wouldn't have learned the message it served for me. My intuition, my energy guidance system, knows what is most appealing for me….when I choose to listen .

Receiving and giving are cycles of truth, and when we allow ourselves to receive, we actually set up a dynamic vibration for our desires to be in resonance. We've heard of a model that you must give in order to receive. With this said, I'm actually hearing that a new model is emerging, and creating space for receiving enhances the cycle of truth.

When you allow yourself time in meditation to receive the essence of who you really are, you then automatically give as it completes the cycle. This flowing essence is filled within, and then flows out as the continuous flowing message of truth. I receive truth, I give truth. These wonderful messages that we receive from the beings all around us are intended to be given to others for them to receive. In this way, we keep the cycle intact.

Interesting to note that people who channel set aside a huge amount of time to receive the energy as it feels so good. Thus, you know that if they didn't, they wouldn't be able to hold the energy that wants to be known.

It's like you're hooking yourself up so to speak to an IV of truth, and truth naturally has to flow through you, and then from you. Thus, this cycle of truth, this light of who you truly are, keeps receiving and giving. And in this flow, you naturally give from where you started from as the receiver of essence from many eons ago. If you were to look at it from a special camera, you wouldn't be able to distinguish receiving from giving as there really is no starting point and no ending point.

When you're hooked up to your IV of truth, you may want to incorporate music. Just choose music that resonates with you, with your essence.

You may be served by setting aside time each day to "hook 'em up." Then your truth gets spoken on a regular basis as when you engage in any conversation, you are communicating from the place from which you received. Just make sure you put your "receiving room" sign on the door so that the "distractions" won't interrupt your IV solution .

The awakening process is beautiful, and brings you to such great expansion. As I've been creating these enery vortexes and being one with things, I've created this concept of no time.

Recently, I was painting my door and heard such profound messages, "There is no beginning and no end so just become one." Thus, when I heard this message, I envisioned this web of creation in that there were little streams of me going out to the Universe and connecting to everything…much like a spider's web. You couldn't tell where the beginning was nor the ending as they linked to every possibility that exists. In addition, I also set an intention and said, "I intend to unify with your essence. This is my purpose. This is what I want to do."

I could feel the difference in me when I did this set up as the brush took on a life of its own. I wasn't worried about how much time I allowed for the door painting…time didn't even enter the picture. I think of the times when I used to be such a list creator and could't wait to cross off the list that which I had completed. This was my ego days when crossing off the list was the entire purpose. Thus, you see I was never one with anything except drawing a line through that project. All I could think about was, "I can't wait to be done so I can move on to the next project." Yikes!

You know, when we set an intention, the whole Universe conspires on our behalf. An intention is an agreement that is created and all focus goes to that intention. The horns have been sounded and everything comes to our aid. Now, when we waver from that intention, which I still do, the Universe will come back with our contract and ask, "Did you want to create a new agreement or are we complete with the original agreement?" This intention makes it so that we are one with what we intended. When we're one, then our physical reality will conform to that which we intend.

It seems so easy until a date or time comes into focus, and then the waffling begins. Reminding ourselves that there is no time will help us stay one with our intention.

We contribute to the whole of creation as the co-creator that we are. And when you can think of these little streams (web of creation) going out to join other little streams, then it makes it so important to give our intention so that we receive our intention. It's the beauty of giving and receiving as one.

Just remember to set your intention and then be that intention by saying, "I intend to unify with the essence of you. This is my purpose. This is what I want to do."

We're expanding light into light so when we change what we're doing, it's an opportunity to set the same intention with whatever we're doing. I set my intention when I began (so to speak) this video and this blog. Becoming one with what we're doing is our contribution to the whole, and our vibration is resonating across the oceans .

What an interesting way to view us in this physical realm: to serve as a bridge, a conduit, for the communication that comes through us to be delivered to humanity. We're like a UPS delivery person .

In the video are techniques to use to help stay grounded so to speak. When you think about it, it's the only time we welcome being grounded . When we were kids, being grounded meant a disciplinary action.

The more that we can stay grounded so that the messages flowing through us are received, the more that our soul lines up with our purpose. In this way, things flow easily and effortlessly. We are constantly receiving messages from the greatest telecommunication system in the world. I mean our soul doesn't need towers or satellites; it uses our physical body, our third dimensional realm in order to communicate the message. We are it!

Thus, we access the messages from the higher dimensions through many techniques such as meditation, chakras, breath, etc. And then we deliver the message that is received.

Practice utilizing the techniques, and it does take practice as we're so used to acting from our third dimension, our ego/personality. In this way, we learn that our third dimension is really the bridge, the connector, for information to flow through.

We know what it feels like to come from our heart as the heart serves as the pulse of the Universe. Hopefully, the 12 breath heart meditation breathing exercises I mention in the video will help you come from your heart.

And remember, being grounded is a good thing .
