Everything occurs right now….everything. We can be content in basking in right now as this is all there is.

Everything is whole, and thus, doesn't need to be fixed in any way, shape or form. There's no relationship to anything else. There is no next, no-thing to strive for, desire, achieve. If you want to label anything a success, it's to be now-here! This is success.

When a cartoon is being drawn, the so-called first drawing is already whole. It doesn't need anything next to make it appear whole. When several pictures are drawn to illustrate movement, there is apparently movement occurring. Yet, movement doesn't happen. The Being does not move, It has Its own "occupy" movement in Its formlessness.

When tears arise, they are whole. They're not pointing to anything that made the tears come…."oh, this person said this, and I became sad so tear arose." You as the individual may want to point to something and validate the tears, but the tears are whole as they are. They don't need any validation or justification to prove their existence. They are as they are.

Can you think of anything more beautiful than this?

As everything is lived simultaneously NOW, there is a multitude of consciousness representing billions of things that occur to create existence whole and complete, as it is! Simplicity!

When we are identical with this moment, there is no separation. I mean, we can't even tell anything apart when we observe this. This said, I have some great friends from high school, who are identical twins, and in high school, I couldn't tell them apart. Being identical with this as it is, embraces a stillness that totally has freedom to come and go, appear and disappear…just BE-cause! There's no "apart" because wholeness always exists!

How beautiful can that be to simply be the space to let all things come and go as they wish…."I'm saying hello, and now I'm saying goodbye." Even when we try and put safety guards on some things which we don't want to appear, the free-spirit of the Universe dictates the appearance and disappearance because It finds ItSelf pleased by both, by all…It sees no separation. It's always "this" as it is, and no parts were harmed during the making of "this" .

Exploring the truth of any experience may lead us to see that all perspectives are true. When anyone mentions his or her opinion, it is true…or it's a big fat lie. And this will be true or not true for all opinions.

The Being expresses ItSelf and pops out verbal or written words. Thus, all of us are unconditional love expressing ItSelf as everything, and that's the truth .

Recently, I was talking to my friend, and she mentioned that she needs to have a partner in which truth is recognized. When I pondered this statement, I asked, "The truth according to whom?" Each person will convey his or her perspective so it is true for him or her. And when we think of it, "truth" constantly changes in each moment. What I used to think as true a year ago, six months ago, a week ago keeps changing and revealing new truth.

Thus, you can see that if we try to hold on to "one" truth, and only see that our truth is the one truth, then a lie may unfold because there is no one truth. Whew….around and around we go! This as it is is merely an awareness of perfect oneness, and within this perfect oneness is diversity of truth…or big fat lies . The preference is made for no one!

When we look at every appearance, it is always an invitation for unconditional love from which to witness
the appearance. No matter what It is, It is!

When looking at numbers, I used to have a belief that a certain number represented royalty status like 111. Thus, when the number would appear, excitement would occur because I thought that something "good" was intending to happen. This said, you can see that placing such pressure on something outside me to perform created endless "chasing" to occur.

When we look in a mirror, there is no one in the mirror, there are no things in the mirror. There is only light
being reflected. Hence, when we look at anything out there and give it a tiara and hold it in esteem, we are placing conditions that this "thing" must now perform. There is only light, and light can't perform. It is as it is!

Unconditional love is wholeness, even in the midst of expecting something or someone to perform so that we can be whole. It's not possible to separate wholeness, and the seeking that occurs will try Its hardest to keep up the facade of separation. Even in this seeking is unconditional love appearing as seeking.

Stream of consciousness is ONE stream, and yet it may appear to be broken up into segments in comparing our night dreams to our day dreams. This said, this is what is revealed to us as separateness, and yet it cannot be.

When we're dreaming at night, we're not going anywhere, and yet it appears that we are. Many scenes take place, many people come and go and most of it is non-sense…it just doesn't make sense . We're right in the dream, we're one with the dream. We're not thinking about all the things we have to do or what is troubling us. We're right there as "this."

The day dream is the same, but we may be making it different, making it "appear" separate. We are to stay with "this" as it is as we, as the individuals, can't do anything about it. When we have a thought that takes us away from "this," simply be aware of the thought and be aware that "this" is all there is.

Day dreams and night dreams are the same. No one is going anywhere, no one is doing anything, and no-thing makes sense. It just is occurring, is happening as the expression of consciousness wants it to be. The time frame has no relevance. It's interesting to perceive that timelines move all the time, and we, as the individuals, won't know what it all means.

It's all meaningless "appearing" to happen so simply freefall. It's the witness witnessing ItSelf…perfect and complete wholeness content within ItSelf. Thus, the dissecting and deciphering will occur but will point to a "whole" lot of nothingness going on .

Life and death are concepts, just words that exist with no meaning. Thus, when we really look at the terms life and death, we'll see that they are one.

Life and death occur or do they? We can get caught up in the nothingness of life and death, and trying to dissect each word for its relevance in our lives. Yet, when we look at life, we can say that death occurs simultaneously. Likewise, when we look at death, we can say that life occurs simultaneously. So which one do we want to gravitate to in order to be comfortable, bring us safety?

Viewing "this" as no-thing as neither life nor death showing favor to neither may allow neutrality of every-thing and no-thing of ONE! We don't have to ponder or grasp for one over the other as one cannot be better than the other because there is no one to truly know. No one can truly know life or death so if we can't know anything, then there's no point in trying to dissect the meaning, is there?

This said, we simply are "this" as it is, and there's such freedom and liberation in not needing to be afraid of either because neither life or death offers anything to that which is whole!

It's simple to say, "I'm both sides of the same coin!" In this respect, there is no allegiance to either side as both sides are the same value!

When you think of it, a coin has the same value, whether or not heads or tails is showing….it's equal because it's one. Belief and doubt are the same coin….just opposites in our mind. If we have a belief, we must also have doubt as it can't be otherwise because it's the same coin. Thus, the opposites that our mind looks at….good/bad, poverty/abundance, positive/negative, yin/yang, resistance/nonresistance, high/low, up/down, friendly/unfriendly, high vibration/low vibration, anger/calm, love/hate. empty/full, win/lose, male/female…we could go on and on….they are the same coin and just “appearing” as opposite sides, albeit both equal. It’s interesting to think that apparently opposing views are actually the same . As soon as you define something, a conflict will arise because it creates the "appearance" of another.

When I give a coin to someone, it does not matter which side is being revealed as the one who accepts doesn't look to see which side is showing before it is accepted…its value is! This said, accepting what is is no matter what is perceived is it. We say, "opposites attract" because they must…they're both the same! Thus, there's no point in accepting either/or as the neutrality of accepting what is is accepting the all. Otherwise, you would be splitting everything in half instead of accepting the whole, and how does one go about splitting something in half when it’s already whole, and unsplittable? How would you split a coin in half because you only want to accept “heads at all times?” .

It's pure freedom in the isness of life….just say "AAAHHHH!"

Letting go of the attachment to the mind, the ego, serves up a large helping of peace of mind. The mind depends on you for its existence. Thus, when we can remember that we are pure awareness, we allow the mind to serve our awareness and not the other way around .

You know, things come and go, thoughts come and go, and this is the nature of our world. Everything is transient, except for our consciousness, our awareness, our soul. We are the center and everything else comes and goes for our witnessing of it.

As Mooji states, we came into this world not knowing the language, not knowing our names, not knowing our personality. Everything had to be learned, and then we began to answer to this and we immersed ourselves in this process.. Now, we are remembering that we are not the personality, not the mind/body, but we are that who witnesses the functionality of the mind/body. This said, we are remembering our true essence, our true language.

When we can release everything that is transient and totally surrender to it, we open up space for consciousness to expand itSelf. If there are any attachments, no matter what they are, we will allow the mind to dictate our lives, You can't transcend the mind, the ego, if you are convinced of its invincibility.

When a thought comes in, simply witness it being there and be one with it. Then allow the next thought to come in and do the same. You may simply use an expression, "I'm aware of mySelf witnessing this thought." All of life gets played out in our consciousness so when we can remind ourselves that all of it is occurring in our mind, then we can set the stage for how we want to play with all the activity arising.

Order up a peace of mind right now, and relieve your mind of its duties and have it return its sheriff's badge….it has no authority . You as the witness, as God, as consciousness, as pure awareness are the authority, and let the mind, the ego, know that it is reporting to You.

What a journey to learn about true love. We have often heard that word "unconditional," and through our journey we will uncover what it truly means for us.

Unconditional is a definition that basically says, "There are no conditions placed on you." With this said, how many of us are experiencing unconditional love? I am experiencing this more and more, and am still learning about it through placing conditions on others. I am so grateful for all the synchronistic people who have stuck by me, and who continue to stick by me so that I may learn. Awakening is always a process of unfolding, and we wouldn't have it any other way .

In the video I read an excerpt from an anonymous person, and wanted to capture it here in written form:

"Love is the free exercise of choice. Two people love each other when they are quite capable of living without each other, but choose to live with each other. Do not mistake love for need, as love does not need or require validation for its existence. Therefore, love does ot have attachments or agendas.

Most have not yet fallen in love; they have only fallen in need — need to be heard, need to be validated, need to feel secure, and need to feel loved.

True love can only be experienced when you no longer need to be loved because you have completed yourself with your inner love that you have become one with. Only then can you experience being in true love. Because you no longer need the other person, and that is when you can truly love and respect the other person for who they are, not for what you need them to be so you may feel loved."

Beautiful, isn't it?

Just be aware on your journey when you are fallen in need, and simply witness it. Then you allow the love to flow from that aspect who is noticing to the one who is in need. It's all in us for the essence of love to be explored. Thus, look at it like an adventure .
